Notes:

• (1) Lincoln County meters customer traffic usage which allows customers to obtain services that fit their budgets. Subscribers can select the individual PACKAGE and PLAN that best fits their needs. A customer will be assessed for the overage based on the nearest GB of usage if they exceed the monthly limit of their selected plan.
• (2) Lincoln County offers Wi-Fi hotspots in Pioche, Caliente, Panaca and Alamo. Subscribers who select this option can access the Internet using either a laptop or Smartphone. This service is limited to the MAC address of the device.
• (3) BUNDLE and SAVE! Subscribers can receive a discount on any Internet package if they bundle the data service with the purchase of voice services.

Basic Packages (single user) | Up to 4MB Per Second
These packages are our low cost Internet access option, designed for the occasional user who would like to keep costs down. Our Basic Packages feature transfer rates up to 4MB per second.

Basic Packages Include:

• 3 e-mail accounts (additional email accounts $1.40 ea)
• Data Rates of 4MB/1MB download and upload speeds
• 24/7 Help Desk Support
• Unlimited hours of connect time
• Up to 5MB of Web space, additional space $1.00 per MB
• Optional Wi-Fi wireless access is available on a limited basis.

Premium Packages (single user) | Up to 6MB Per Second
These packages feature faster transfer rates- up to 6MB per second- making them popular with customers who want more speed than the Basic Packages. Our 6MB broadband service enables seamless live streaming of video content and real-time online gaming.

Premium Packages Include:

• 3 e-mail accounts (additional email accounts $1.40 ea)
• Data rates of 6MB/1MB download and upload speeds
• 24/7 Help Desk Support
• Unlimited hours of connect time
• Up to 5MB of Web space, additional space $1.00 per MB

High Speed Packages (single or multiple users) | Up to 100MB Per Second
These packages are our most robust broadband connection, meeting the demands of the data-heavy Internet or business user.

High Speed Packages Include:

• 5 e-mail accounts (additional email 5 accounts $6.95)
• Variety of data rates (15 MBPS, 20 MBPS, 50 MBPS, and 100 MBPS)
• 24/7 Help Desk Support
• Up to 5MB of Web space, additional space $1.00 per Mb
• Optional Wi-Fi wireless access is available on a limited basis.

LCTS Wi-Fi service is currently available on a limited basis in Alamo, Panaca, Pioche and Caliente. Our Wi-Fi service offers customers a true wireless broadband connection on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Wi-Fi service access requires a Wi-Fi capable computing device and operating system.
